For the Aschahütte ... they have the delicious Gösser Radler and super delicious food. The hut is wonderfully located and is nice and rustic ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk om deze wintersportlocatie ook eens in de zomer te bezoeken! Lekker op t gemakje lunchen bij t Panorama restaurant bergbahn See! Naast t restaurant in een doorgang naar een wellness parkje. Lekker met je blote voeten door t ijskoude water lopen of t blote voetenpad. We wilden eigenlijk naar t dal wandelen maar vanwege dreigende buien hebben we dat niet gedaan.
Nice to visit this winter sports location in the summer! Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the Panorama restaurant Bergbahn See! Next to the restaurant in a passage to a wellness park. Nice to walk with your bare feet through the icy water or the barefoot path. We actually wanted to walk to the valley, but because of threatening showers we didn't do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skigebied See. Prima skigebied. We waren er voor de 2e keer. Natuurlijk niet zo groot als het nabij gelegen Ischl, maar voor twee of drie dagen perfect.
Ski area See. Excellent ski area. We were there for the 2nd time. Not as big as nearby Ischl, of course, but perfect for two or three days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I probably never in my life rated anything to 1 star in Austria, or in the Alps. This lift however was an ultra low for both me and my family, and we really do love Tirol and the mountains. We visited in the summer. The lift cabins are very-very small, the smallest I've ever seen, suitable for two. They are closed and have barely any ventilation. As a result they are far too hot ?. After arriving to the Bergstation we found there was literally nothing to do, not much to see. It was the most disappointing experience for me and for my otherwise very active family. We ended up turning back and catching a ride down in less than 30 minutes. I am not recommending wasting any time here although I recognize it could be very different in the winter. There are so many better things to do, so many more interesting places to visit in this valley. Just forget about this one.
