Außerdem Für keine Keine Kulanzlösungen bereit. Leider Einmal und nie wieder. Just don't make any prepayment, deliveries will come at some point. Also ready for no no goodwill solutions. Unfortunately once and never again.

Es blieb mir keine andere Wahl, als Anzeige zu erstatten. Dubious company! I filed a complaint! Goods ordered against prepayment. From then on no more answer received. Doesn't respond to phone, fax or email. I had no choice but to file a complaint.

In einer Zeit wie jetzt, ist so was verständlich und verzeihbar. Regional und eine vernünftige Firma Nothing negative to say here. At the beginning of December there was a delivery delay of a few days for a disinfectant product that I ordered. In a time like now, something like that is understandable and forgivable. NACHTRAG: Mittlerweile habe ich 4 SPAM e-Mails erhalten durch diese Firma. Die Meldung an die österreichische Datenschutzbehörde wird vorbereitet. Scheinbar hat man sich hier unqualifizierter Quellen und Mailinglisten bedient. Unfortunately I received unwanted SPAM. Obviously, one does not know the rules of the GDPR here. ADDENDUM: In the meantime I have received 4 SPAM emails from this company. The report to the Austrian data protection authority is being prepared. It seems that unqualified sources and mailing lists have been used here.

Kaufe regelmäßig und sehr gerne dort ein und hatte noch nie Probleme. Lieferungen kamen immer rechtzeitig an und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Kompetent bei Rückfragen am Telefon. Gerne jederzeit wieder! I love the natural cosmetics products from Lerbolario and I am always happy to recommend them to friends and acquaintances! I like to shop there regularly and have never had any problems. Deliveries always arrived on time and the employees are very friendly and competent with questions on the phone. Gladly again at any time!

Bis zum Thema Bezahlung (s. Vorkasse andere Bewertungen!!!) bin ich nicht einmal vorgedrungen... Trotz Kontakt zu Frau Körner (Inhaberin), habe ich keine Bestellung vornehmen können. Ich werde nun bei einer anderen Firma bestellen. Corona hin oder her, ich betreibe eine Apotheke und wir haben trotz Pandemie unsere Kunden bedient und versorgt - dieser Grund zählt für mich nicht! Finger weg! I would have liked to order goods for my business! But this company is not able to take an order, process it and send the goods. As far as the topic of payment (see prepayment, other reviews !!!), I didn't even get ahead ... Despite contacting Ms. Körner (owner), I couldn't place an order. I will now order from another company. Corona or not, I run a pharmacy and despite the pandemic we have served and supplied our customers - this reason does not count for me! Hands off!

Von der Bestellung über den Kontakt am Telefon weil ich noch Fragen hatte, bis zum Erhalt der Ware lief alles wie es sein sollte. Die Lieferzeit war war so wie überall im Moment etwas länger als gewohnt aber absolut im Rahmen. I cannot agree with the previous speakers. Everything worked out perfectly for me. From the order via the contact on the phone because I still had questions, to the receipt of the goods everything went as it should. As everywhere at the moment, the delivery time was a bit longer than usual but absolutely within the framework.
