Nach ca 1 Stunde bin ich erst raus gekommen mit einem neuen Dämpfer und 6 liquids. Unglaublich freundliche, zuvorkommend und kompetente beratung. Kann dieses Geschäft jedem nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen. I was recommended this business from work. I went to watch times ... After about 1 hour, I came out first with a new damper and 6 liquids. Incredibly friendly, courteous and competent advice. Can sincerely recommend this business to everyone.

Das Team ist super nett und hilfsbereit, in dem Shop fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl. Top shop!!!! Hardware wie Dampfgeräte eher weniger momentan noch. Dafür eine super tolle und fundierte Beratung. Man kann auch einige Liquids hier direkt testen. Die Aromen haben normale Preise. Die NicShots sind ein bisschen teurer als die mir bekannten. Dafür direkt aus der Tabakpflanze gewonnen. Aromen ohne Zusatzstoffe wie Zucker oder Süßungsmitteln. Also ich komme gerne wieder her. Gefällt mir der Shop. Very good shop. Great advice, very friendly. Has a very good selection of flavors and liquids. All tested pharmaceutical products as it looks. Hardware such as steam devices are not so much currently. Therefor a great and well-founded advice. You can also test some liquids here directly. The flavors have normal prices. The NicShots are a bit more expensive than the ones I know. Obtained directly from the tobacco plant. Flavors without additives such as sugar or sweeteners. So I like to come back again. I like the shop.

Konnte alles testen und probieren und es wurde auch nicht versucht nur das teuerste an zu drehen und super kundenservice fand ich auch das sie uns die orginal coils von sich aus ausgetauscht hat und uns qualitativ hochwertigere eingesetzt plus einen auf reserve und das von sich aus und kostenlos! Ihr zitat dazu: “sowas tue ich meinen kunden nicht an!“ was ich echt korrekt fand! Also kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Very friendly and technically competent and informative advice! Und ich muss wirklich sagen es war eine super authentische und ehrliche Beratung, bin jahrelange Raucherin und brauchte für den Umstieg auf die E-Zigarette eine Beratung, und in diesem Shop merkt man sofort das man nicht nur als potenzieller Käufer sondern als individuelle Person gesehn und behandelt wird. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wie gesagt ehrlich beraten und es wurde mir das angeboten was das richtige für mich ist und nicht was das Teuerste ist. Und mein Mann war auch so begeistert das er sich auch spontan zu einem Kauf eines Startersets entschieden hat(wirklich! ohne Spass) Vielen Dank! Und ich empfehle euch zu 110% weiter. I rarely give reviews unless it's nothing or top. And I really have to say it was a super authentic and honest advice, I'm a smoker for years and needed to switch to the e-cigarette for a consultation, and in this shop you immediately realize that you are seen not only as a potential buyer but as an individual and is treated. I felt very well and as I said honest advice and I was offered what is right for me and not what the most expensive. And my husband was so excited that he spontaneously decided to buy a starter set (really! Without fun) Thank you! And I recommend you to 110% on.

Wir hätten unsere Dampfer fast schon online bestellt, haben uns als Anfänger dann aber doch für die Beratung im Geschäft entschieden, was sich absolut gelohnt hat. Friendly welcome, fair prices & a good and honest advice! You can try all the devices and flavors.
