★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my phone for service under warranty for 2 months for repair... Never got an email or sms about the phone... Ended up going to the shop to enquire and it turns out the phone is still sitting there... The store is claiming the repair does not fall under warranty because of water damage but the phone never came into contact with water.... Online it seems water damage is an easy way for stores to avoid warranty claims... The representatives at the front desk were indifferent and rude.... I asked for proof of water damage with pictures of the inside of the phone but I have not heard back yet even after a few phone calls and emails... Basically your typical don't care attitude from a big company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a TV in the online store. The TV was delivered on Sep.30th 2019, unfortunately with a broken screen. I have contact the support in the same day and provided all requested information, including a fulfilled form and pictures from the TV and the package. Although I have contacted them several (more than 5) times to request a status/update, I have never received a proposal solution. I have gone to 2 physical stores (at Murpark-Graz and at Seiersberg-Graz), but they both answered that nobody can help if I bought online......it’s like 2 different companies. It’s already gone almost 1 month, and I still did not receive a solution. Terrible customer support in case of problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always need need to wait for so long to get assistance in this branch. The last time I went here, I was about to spend few stuff of electronic device. 1st I got phone charger that I been wanting to try to know it works. After 10 minutes was trying to look any available staff by walking here and there while my husband and 2 year old were waiting for me - I only saw 2 person who were definitely with customers. Then I went to the cashier looking that she was the only available staff who was free - only to be sent away..She said "Find other staff" - So much help!
So I went back to where I started waiting for these staff to help me, I waited for 5 minutes and I decide that It wont be getting faster so I walked closely to this other staff who was getting something to the bottom drawer of the product display near where I was standing. I asked politely if he can help me. Then he was started mumbling to himself I didn't know what he said, and walked further away from me while still mumbling and then looked me in the eyes angrily, and said "Whattt, HURRYYYY!!" The deep angrily kind of voice. I responded I don't need his help so loudly that other customers looked at us. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. This really was taken a toll on me.
Surely these staff don't care about customers, hence the company..it's only give bad names. You got products but you have the worst customer service, then what's the point?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service quality in section with vacuum cleaners. Personnel irritated, annoyed and simply unfriendly. Service so poor that I decided that I do not need the vacuum cleaner anymore.
Also, the wares shown in the system as available do not exist in the store.
Do not bother checking availability since it simply is useless.
