Hab mehr erwartet von den Ärzten die jeden Tag damit Erfahrungen sammeln dürfen. Without international health insurance, you should avoid. Almost 400 euros for two x-rays and evaluation plus 100 euros. Findings were not clear. I expected more from the doctors who can gain experience with it every day.
A	Anne Krietsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und kompetente und vor allem schnelle Behandlung. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgenommen, alle waren unheimlich nett, mitfühlend und rücksichtsvoll. Röntgen und MRT waren möglich und vor allem bei mir auch notwendig. In meiner Heimatstadt hätte ich darauf wochenlang warten müssen. Dank meiner Krankenkasse und einer entsprechenden Kooperation musste ich gar nichts vor Ort bezahlen. Außerdem wurde extra ein Stützstrumpf für mein Knie besorgt, den ich mir zwei Tage später abholen konnte. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle ganz herzlich beim ganzen Team der medalp bedanken!!! Im nächsten Jahr komme ich aber nur auf einen Besuch vorbei - nicht wieder nach einem Unfall! Very friendly and competent and above all quick treatment. I felt very welcome, everyone was incredibly nice, compassionate and considerate. X-rays and MRIs were possible and especially necessary for me. In my hometown, I would have had to wait weeks for this. Thanks to my health insurance and a corresponding cooperation, I didn't have to pay anything on site. They also got a support stocking for my knee that I could pick up two days later. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire medalp team very much !!! In the next year I will only come by for one visit - not again after an accident!
M	Mathias Zitzelsberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach meinen Sturz im Söldner Bikepark bin ich in die MedAlp Clinic gegangen um mich praktisch erstzuversorgen. Die Arzthelferin hat ihren Job wirklich super gemacht und sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Jedoch als der Arzt sich dann meine Röntgenbilder ansah, stellte er nach ca. 5 Sekunden fest, dass das an der Schulter nur eine Prellung ist. Er persönlich hat mich nicht einmal richtig untersucht oder abgetastet. Schlussendlich habe ich eine schultereckgelenkssprengung und habe dies erst eine Woche später erfahren, da ich dazwischen noch ein paar Tage zur Überwachung im Krankenhaus war. Hier muss man sagen, dass man das erst durch ein MRT herausbekommen hat, er sich aber keine weitere Mühe gemacht hat mehr herauszubekommen. Könnte noch ein wenig mehr Kritik schreiben, aber das spare ich mir jetzt... After my fall in the Söldner Bikepark, I went to the MedAlp Clinic for practically first care. The doctor's assistant did her job really well and looked after me very well. However, when the doctor looked at my x-rays, he found after about 5 seconds that the shoulder was just a bruise. He personally didn't even examine or palpate me properly. In the end I suffered an ankle joint dislocation and didn't find out until a week later, because I was in the hospital for a few days for surveillance in between. Here you have to say that you only found out through an MRI, but he didn't bother to find out any more. Could write a little more criticism, but I'll save that now ...

C	Carsten Placke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir vor einer Woche beim Skifahren einen Innenbandriss und Riss des vorderen Kreuzbandes zugezogen. Dies wurde direkt in Sölden im MRT bestätigt und ich wurde gefragt, ob ich die Verletzung direkt in Österreich operieren lassen möchte. Gleichzeitig wurde mir versichert, dass die Behandlung vollständig von der Techniker-Krankenkasse als Vertragspartner übernommen wird. Die Operation wurde am nächsten Tag fachlich perfekt in der Medalp in Imst durchgeführt. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich kurze Wartezeiten, eine perfekte Organisation und sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Einige Tage nach der OP konnte ich mein Knie mit einer Schiene versehen wieder vollständig belasten. Mein Orthopäde und Physiotherapeut haben auch beide bestätigt, dass mein Knie nicht besser aussehen könnte. Ein großes Lob und vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team der Medalp. A week ago I tore my medial ligament and torn my anterior cruciate ligament while skiing. This was confirmed directly in Sölden in the MRT and I was asked if I would like to have the injury operated on directly in Austria. At the same time, I was assured that the treatment would be covered in full by Techniker Krankenkasse as the contractual partner. The operation was carried out perfectly the next day in the Medalp in Imst. I was particularly impressed by short waiting times, perfect organization and very friendly and competent employees. A few days after the operation, I was able to put full weight on my knee with a splint. My orthopedist and physical therapist also both confirmed that my knee couldn't look any better. Great praise and many thanks to the entire Medalp team.
E	Eimantas Gasiūnas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made us wait 3 hours since we wanted to do insurance instantly. Super slow, receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. You always have to double check and ask status. Not recommended at all. they made an xray before the check up which is quite expensive.
A	Aneta Bojar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient in the clinic following a ski accident. I have been released without proper examination and had to insist to have the MRI done. Following the MRI I have been misdiagnosed and released home. If I did not get another opinion from another clinic I would not know that I have ruptured my ACL and MCL and injured the meniscus!!! (Now waiting for the reconstructive surgery) I have been fully insured. The doctor did not speak any english and was really trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. My advice is to avoid this clinic if you can.

Went there for muscle/tendon pain, they immediatly wanted to do a scan. Said no because I knew nothing was broken. Saw the doctor who insisted on doing a scan because he was sure I broke something (he even got mad when I didn't want to do it right away). Did the scan. Doctor came back in after the scan with a smile on his face saying nothing was broken (obviously). Went out after paying 550 for unnecessary scans without any type of real diagnosis except that nothing is broken. I know insurance will pay back most of it, but this is not how you should treat patients and the doctor seemed completely incapable of handling anything except for broken bones
