★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte auf meine Bestellung (13.5.2020)seit fast 4 Wochen, beim Nachfragen wo mein Paket sich befindet, sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon. Selbst in der Corona Krise muss es möglich sein, einen Diabetiker mit den benötigten Produkten zu versorgen und wenn es zu Problemen beim Versand durch die Post kommt, muss sich ein weltweiter Konzern eine andere Möglichkeit des Versands überlegen um Diabetiker nicht unversorgt zu lassen.
Waiting for my order (05/13/2020) for almost 4 weeks, when asking where my package is, very unfriendly employee on the phone. Even in the Corona crisis, it must be possible to provide a diabetic with the necessary products, and if there are problems with mail delivery, a global corporation must consider another way of shipping so as not to leave diabetics unsupplied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Homepage keine Möglichkeit eine Bedienungsanleitung für Wellion Wave Blutdruckmessgerät herunterzuladen, auch keine Erklärungen zu den Fehlermeldungen. Anruf bei der Firma: Wo haben Sie den Ihr Handbuch? Fragt die Mitarbeiterin. Ich: vor Jahren weggeworfen. Warum denn? Ich hab es durchgelesen und wenn ich was brauche, kann ich es ja auf der Homepage nachlesen. Ein Irrtum meinerseits! Unter dem Punkt Downloads findet man keine Bedienungsanleitung oder zumindest eine Erklärung zu den Fehlermeldungen, dafür aber Übersetzer für deutsch/englisch oder ähnliches. Was bedeuten die Fehlermeldungen war meine Frage an die Mitarbeiterin. Weiß ich nicht, ich kann nur veranlassen, dass Ihnen eine Bedienungsanleitung zugeschickt wird. Sehr schlechte Homepage! Sehr schlechter Kundendienst!
On the homepage there is no possibility to download a user manual for the Wellion Wave blood pressure monitor, also no explanations of the error messages. Call the company: Where do you have your manual? Asks the employee. Me: Thrown away years ago. Why then? I've read it through and if I need something, I can read it on the homepage. A mistake on my part! Under Downloads there is no instruction manual or at least an explanation of the error messages, but translators for German / English or something similar. My question to the employee was what do the error messages mean. I don't know, I can only arrange for an instruction manual to be sent to you. Very bad homepage! Very bad customer service!
