S	Sabine Eglauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste mich sehr über die schlampige Arbeitsweise dieses Labors ärgern. Eckdaten: Blutabnahme am 12.7., das Labor vergisst einen Wert laut Überweisung auszuwerten. Ich rufe an, sie gestehen den Fehler zu und teilen mir mit, dass das Blut noch lagernd ist und eine Nachauswertung erfolgt und ich nichts weiter machen müsse. Auch auf diese Nachauswertung wurde vergessen. Als ich nach 2 Wochen noch immer kein Ergebnis hatte, beauftragte ich den überweisenden Arzt mit der Urgenz. Die Assistentin hat hartnäckig nachtelefoniert, damit der Wert dann endlich am 9.8. (!) ausgewertet war (gerade noch rechtzeitig für die Weiterbehandlung). Von einem medizinischen Labor erwarte ich mir eine genaue Arbeitsweise. Fazit: keine Weiterempfehlung! I was very annoyed by the sloppy way this lab worked. Key data: blood drawn on July 12th, the laboratory forgets to evaluate a value according to the transfer. I call, they admit the mistake and tell me that the blood is still in stock and that a reevaluation will be carried out and that I don't have to do anything else. This re-evaluation was also forgotten. When I still had no result after 2 weeks, I commissioned the referring doctor to make the urgency. The assistant persisted in telephoning so that the value finally came on 9.8. (!) was evaluated (just in time for further treatment). I expect a precise way of working from a medical laboratory. Conclusion: no recommendation!
s	svea does tattoos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mittlerweile war ich schon zwei mal dort: sehr freundlich und bemüht. die dame die blutabnahme macht ist sehr einfühlsam und es tut argerweise nicht weh! praktisch dass alles online gemacht wird. sehr zu empfehlen ☺️ in the meantime I've been there twice: very friendly and hard-working. the lady who takes the blood sample is very sensitive and unfortunately it doesn't hurt! practically everything is done online. highly recommended ☺️

A	Anna Lydia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste zwar etwas länger warten bis ich an der Reihe war (deshalb nur 4 Sterne), aber das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und die Blutabnahme selber ist dafür schnell gegangen. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Ergebnisse habe ich sogar am gleichen Tag bekommen!! Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Labor wählen. I had to wait a little longer until it was my turn (therefore only 4 stars), but the staff was really very friendly and the blood test itself was quick. It was all very straightforward. I even got the results on the same day !! I would choose this laboratory again anytime.

Derzeit manchmal längere Wartezeiten wegen des großen Andrangs. Went to blood draw once and called lab several times for information. Are very very nice there, was very satisfied. Currently sometimes longer waiting times due to the large rush.
