★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is nice. Outside tables, nice and with good views (green area on the other side of the road). Sunny and good shades. Food and inside, classic Mc. Never crowded and great parking. Worth to stop by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst McDonald's! I order a McMuffin bacon&eggs. Only some seconds later it's ready, I'm still paying. The cashier packs it and shouts a number. I was the only customer waiting. She did not react when I don't take it for a minute. Then it occurs to me it's really mine. I take a bite, the normally fluffy bread is completely dry. The egg is like rubber. Must have been prepared long time ago.
Worst service and worst old burger :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my first AWFUL experience in Austria. I took a picture from the outside of McDonalds in Klosterneuburg. And the manager asked why was I taking the picture. I didn't tell him why and he threatened to call the police!!!! REALLY???!!! So I asked the assistant manager to give me the manager's name. He said he was not going to give me that information. I called their hotline and the assistant manager comes out trying to explain what happened. He talks with the people from the hotline and lied through his teeth! He first says, the restaurant overreacted. How does a restaurant overreact? Then he told her we are going to fix this situation. After he got off of the phone, he went back in the restaurant without saying anything to me. I didn't even get an apology. So situation fixed?! I am NOT loving it!
