★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet again picked up a large order at the drive through and found stuff missing. 2 Big Macs this time.
With kids bouncing in the back of the car, I don't always check the bags.
My perception (although I haven't counted to check) is that every 6th large pick up I have made is incorrect.
Seeing as it's always with something missing, and never with anything extra, it's clear which way the thinking pivots. Save costs versus ensure customer satisfaction....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on the menu to get Ice cream and other deserts but y'all got no Ice Cream or a Frapé, like c'mon that's a must have. Y'all chicken taste like plastic, like burnt plastic. Even the fries tasted weird. Y'all workers hella rude, one of y'all pushed me. Even the Coke tasted like it was Water-Coke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food as always consistent on many occasions been there . Bit crowdy and could be a little bit cleaner but regardless still what u expect from Mc is there ! Thanks btw. customer service is great so far even on peak of the service

Drive - through staff and service very temperamental. Have been caught out 3 times since Xmas with delays due to poor service or communication (I've been told by Staff my Deutsch is not SO bad) so I now prefer to use the option to park and order inside even though its slower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good & enough place for parking and family .. with small kids play area .. till 10.30 AM only breakfast available .. normal MC product available after till mid night .. nearby supermarket etc ..

When we where there they did not have the Specials, the fries and BigMac was cold, what surprised me because it was full of people so you would expect that everything is freshly made. I did get ice in my drink but I specialy ordered without ice. The kids had Happy meal and wanted a toy but did get a book. And when I wanted to ask kindly if they could change it, because we ordered something else, I just got a rude answer: That all what we've got..... But in the way ehat do you think, why did we give you that.......... So in general, we are deispointed, and will not come here again. Sorry.
