★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience in first ever McD. Staff is very rude. Seems totally exhausted, confused and uninterested in doing what they are paid for..
Toilets kids/disable is locked and no key provided beside asking again and again. Lastly got rude reply of its broken..
Tray place is total mess. See photo.
Dine in time 9.00pm.

Just was so rude and start our trip is a very bad energy. The food was cold and they charged me for a dish that sold out and didn't refund me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice McDonald’s! Clean, modern with McCafé and outside sitting area. The staff seemed quite international and nice. The food was one of the better ones from McDonald’s branches. Also ready for dogs! Wow! Our dog enjoyed it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered breakfast,but after 5 minutes we received information that they dont have part of it. At the end we received totally different food,without correct explanation what was replaced. I think they should offerd us to cancell our order or give us possibility to choose what we wpuld like to take.
Eggs were replaced by BigMac,someting wasnt replaced by anything...
They also dont speak english very well... That the way how to destroy your morning...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Mcondalds ever. I bought a coffee at the Mc Café which tasted horrible. The barista was very unfriendly and she did’t speak german or english on a level where she would properly understand my order. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries were obviously frozen before frying, and soggy/uncooked instead of crispy. Big Mac meat a bit too chewy, perhaps not fresh. Not the worst MacDonald’s we’ve been at but definitely in the bottom 20%. The interior was nice and the staff kind, though.
