McDonald's

Quality is good but there are thousands of flies everywhere (inside the restaurant of course). Eating here was a very bad experience. Toilets are dirty and smelly like public toilet on autobahn.

Disaster! First of all... the staff was kind and funny, specially two guy. So we had not problem with them just the mentality of the place. Today we order (happy meals, ice cream colas etc) for 5 person (3 adults + 2 kids) and we also had some coupones. After like 25 minutes waiting we get mostly everything and a number, because we dont get the fried potatoes. So we go to our table and start to check what we got. They get different games like what we order (but later they change it to my siblings so its okay). After 10 minutes my mom was curius when they will come with the fried potatoes. They don't come. In the first time we go back after 30 minutes to ask about whats up with our food and show them our number. They said sorry and was actually funny and said 'our colleges are sleep'. We go back to ou table and wait again. When we already finish with everything else and still don't get the fried potatoes my mom was pretty angry because the restaurant. After 20 min we go back to ask them whats up now? We already waited 1 hour and still nothing. We could say its just some fried potatoes...but if we should get them than we want. So they called there the maneger (probably he was the menager) ... and he said he exactly remember what we order and we already get everything. I asked him that what he thinking about why we gut the number plat? He said because the apple pies. Its not true because we get the apple pies already. So I asked him whats now? We had coupons what give to the happy meals + cola + big fried potatoes + a big mac. We got everything except the fried potatoes. He looked at me and was hostile with us. I felt bed myself because they fault. So after a few minutes discourse, and when he found our receipt (we had to let them there to know what they have to bring to our table). He still don't give our 5 big fried potatoes. HE just ask us we wait since a hour? We say yes, he found this ridiculous. The girl from the cash desk said if we want the fried potatoes we have to pay for them. We asked her why, if we already paid for them? She can't comment this. In the end he give us 3 fried potatoes with a comment 'It's okay for you? You think is right?'. It wasn't because We wait 1 hour and get just 3 from the 5. And he wasn't kind with us. The customers. But to be honest what we can do? Nothing. So If you dont care the staffs like be correct and get your food in time without asking, than go there. Otherwise choose another Mc. (Or never leave the counter untel you get EVERYTHING no matter how long u have to stay there.) Dear McDonald's in Dornbirn! - Thank you for such a humiliation.

Horrible Macdonald's ever i visit...staff ready to fight if u go to them with wrong order...infact no apologies just say wait we will make another one

Today there was a big queue in the drive in, and you would think the food would be fresh then.. Burger bread was rock hard, salat soggy, fries were cold and felt like they were made yesterday. We also got the wrong order. Atleast the drinks were still fine...

They stop doing breakfast meals whenever they feel like. Don't trust the menu. 1050am Asked for a breakfast. McD: "Sorry we're not doing them" Me:"you never do them or you stopped?" "We stopped 20 minutes ago", *grins* and offers a meaningless and insincere "sorry", walks off. Probably for the best. The idea is always better than the reality, but every so often I fancy being surprised and disappointed all over again when the food looks like it's been microwaved and then run over by a truck rather the fantasy gourmet pictures. Think it's time for me to stop giving them money.

The food was good and staff was friendly. The toilets however smelled terrible and looked very unhygienic. I could not even sit on the seat. The restaurant was also full of flies. But... the food was still really good! (Add cranberry sauce to your mcchicken!!)

Stopped by this Fast Food place in order to buy a Pumpkin ? Spice Latte☕. I went inside to the Mc Café station and I've been treated super friendly and attentive. The lady (forgot her name) has been incredibly helpful, kind and sweet. Definitely five stars ? ??!! Please keep it up☺!
