Das Zusammenspiel funktionierte reibungslos. MB Holz Massivhaus (Alois Buggelsheim) war sehr kooperativ in Bezug auf Eigenleistungen, was für uns als Heimwerker wichtig war. Kurzum, ein Unternehmen mit Handschlagqualität. The house was erected by regional partner companies. The interaction worked smoothly. MB Holz Massivhaus (Alois Buggelsheim) was very cooperative in terms of personal contributions, which was important for us as do-it-yourselfers. In short, a company with handshake quality.

Wir haben MB Holz Massivhaus über ihren Partner PEGO kennengelernt und sie haben von der Beratung, Design und Unterstützung schnell überzeugt. Die Zusammenarbeit und Planung mit MB Haus und allen weiteren Gewerken hat gut funktioniert. Der Bauzeitplan und auch die Preisübersicht wurden sauber von allen Parteien eingehalten und wir hatten keine bösen Überaschungen oder mussten spät umplanen. Interessant ist auch die Bauweise – Massivholzbau (CLT). Die Planung ist sehr intensiv und detailliert, da die Wandelemente vorproduziert werden, und die Beratung und Diskussionen waren gut. Es fühlt sich vom ersten Bautag schon wie ein daheim an. Wir sind vor etwa 9 Monaten in unser Haus gezogen und auch Bauabnahme und die letzten Korrekturpunkte wurden dokumentiert und alle Mängel gelöst (kleinere Mängel, z.B. Schalter nicht funktioniert, Fenster ausgewechselt). Alles in allem sind wir sehr glücklich mit unserer Entscheidung, unser Haus mit MB Haus zu bauen und empfehlen sie weiter. Gladly again. We got to know MB Holz Massivhaus through their partner PEGO and they were quickly won over by the advice, design and support. The cooperation and planning with MB Haus and all other trades worked well. The construction schedule and the price overview were strictly adhered to by all parties and we had no nasty surprises or had to reschedule late. The construction method - solid wood construction (CLT) is also interesting. The planning is very intensive and detailed, as the wall elements are pre-produced, and the advice and discussions were good. It feels like home from the very first day of construction. We moved into our house about 9 months ago and the construction acceptance and the last correction points were documented and all defects were resolved (minor defects, e.g. switch not working, window replaced). All in all, we are very happy with our decision to build our house with MB Haus and recommend it to others.
