★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor kurzen war ich bei der Firma Vock & Seiter Ersatzteile kaufen für meinen Mazda. Habe zuerst telefonisch Auskunft benötigt und habe im Anschluss die teile abgeholt. Bedient wurde ich telefonisch/persönlich von Hr. Hartmann der sehr kompetent und höfflich ist. Man merkt das er viel wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legt und dies findet man heutzutage sehr selten!

I recently went to Vock & Seiter to buy spare parts for my Mazda. I first needed information by phone and then picked up the parts. I was served by phone / personally by Mr. Hartmann who is very competent and polite. You can tell that he attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and this is very rare these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you are paying over 30k for a brand new car you at least expect the gas tank to be full when picking it up. i wonder what else they cheap out on in the service. as for the bose sound system, only the driver side has bose written on it, not the passenger side, although usually they are on both sides. meh
