★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Stiege dient als optimales Verbindungsstück zwischen dem legendären Werndl-Denkmal und dem historischen Stadtplatz. Sie ist in beide Richtungen begehbar. Eine nette Abkürzung für Fußgänger und führt vom Stadtplatz zur Berggasse. Von der Bezeichnung "Fuchsgassl", wurde sie im Jahre 1853 nach dem "Mayrwirt" (Damalige Gastwirtschaft im Bummerlhaus) umbenannt. Nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.
 This staircase serves as an ideal link between the legendary Werndl monument and the historic town square. It is accessible in both directions. A nice shortcut for pedestrians and leads from the town square to the Berggasse. From the name "Fuchsgassl", it was renamed in 1853 after the "Mayrwirt" (former restaurant in the Bummerlhaus). Not suitable for wheelchair users.
