Das Erstgespräch war sehr einfühlsam und man fühlte sich sofort sehr gut aufgehoben. In weiterer Folge mussten wir doch recht oft nach Innsbruck um Linsen auszutauschen. Sehr lobenswert finde ist, das Unkomplizierte vorgehen. Man schaut auf den Kunden, man bekommt rasch einen Termin, man bekommt rasche Rückmeldung, wenn etwas unerwartetes ansteht. Wir kommen aus dem Tiroler Unterland und fahren gerne nach Innsbruck, da einfach alles stimmig ist. Es wird sehr professionell gearbeitet, man ist nicht einfach eine Nummer wie so oft wo anders. Sensitive and first-class support: We first had contact when my daughter was 3 months old and needed contact lenses after an operation. The first interview was very sensitive and you immediately felt that you were in good hands. As a result, we had to go to Innsbruck quite often to exchange lenses. The uncomplicated approach is very praiseworthy. You look at the customer, you get an appointment quickly, you get quick feedback if something unexpected is pending. We come from the Tyrolean lowlands and like to go to Innsbruck, because everything is just right. The work is very professional, you are not just a number, as is so often the case elsewhere.
