Hélas depuis des mois maintenant nos clients ont reçu des courriers leur annonçant le risque encouru, rien ou presque n'a été entrepris, c'est lamentable et inacceptable, messieurs dirigeants de la société Maco, n'oubliez pas que le client final retient le nom de la société qui pose ses fenêtres. Après avoir constaté un problème sur une pièce permettant l'ouverture des fenêtres, une action corrective a été décidée. Après plusieurs mois et une gestion catastrophique de ces dossiers, les problèmes ne sont pas réglés et le risque persiste. Le traitement de nos clients et le manque de sérieux ne sont pas acceptables, je ne peux recommander cette société. Maco supplies window fittings to our main suppliers. W	Wolfgang Vogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben letztes Jahr Fenster mit Maco Beschlägen bekommen. Vor 6 Wochen wurde uns gemeldet das diese wegen einem möglichen Defekt evtl getauscht werden müssen. Vor knapp 2 Wochen hatten wir einen Termin dazu mit einem Zeitfenster von 2 Stunden, in der besagten Zeit kam keiner und auch am Rest vom Tag kam keiner. Ich habe daraufhin an die Feedback E-Mail Adresse eine Beschwerde geschrieben und nicht mal eine Antwort bekommen, nachdem dies ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko ist (mit kleinen Kindern) finde ich dies eine Sauerei. Von Verdienstausfall usw gar nicht zu reden für den verschenkten Urlaubstag. Daher 1 Stern und keine Weiterempfehlung. Last year we got windows with Maco fittings. 6 weeks ago we were informed that they might have to be replaced due to a possible defect. Almost 2 weeks ago we had an appointment with a time window of 2 hours, no one came in that time and no one came on the rest of the day. I then wrote a complaint to the feedback e-mail address and didn't even get an answer, since this is a major security risk (with small children) I find this a mess. Not to mention loss of earnings, etc., for the vacation day that was given away. Therefore 1 star and no recommendation.

Februar/März 2021 hatten wir 2 Termine binnen 4 Woche jeweils mit einem Zeitfenster von 4h in denen niemand aufgetaucht ist um die Fensterbeschläge auszutauschen, die laut Anschreiben eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben sein sollen. Dann wegen Nachwuchs 2 Monate pausiert und für heute (Juni 2021) den mittlerweile dritten Termin ausgemacht. Das Zeitfenster war 13 bis 17 Uhr und wir haben ~16:00 Uhr vorsorglich angerufen um nachzufragen, ob heute noch jemand kommt. Der Support hat den Handwerker kontaktiert, uns zurückgerufen und mitgeteilt, er sei auf dem Weg und müsste gegen 16:40 bei uns sein. Mittlerweile ist es 18 Uhr, niemand ist irgendwo noch erreichbar und der Handwerker kommt natürlich auch nicht mehr. Selten ein so schlechtes Kundenmanagement wie von der Firma MACO erlebt, vom offensichtlich gefährlichen Produkt mal ganz abgesehen. PS: Der "Inhaber" kann sich die vorgefertigte Blabla-Antwort gerne sparen, sondern sollte seine Prozesse bzw. die Sub-Firmen mit denen sie zusammenarbeiten um solche Rückruf-/Austauscharbeiten durchzuführen grundlegend ändern. We have the same experience as Mr. Wolfgang Vogt. In February / March 2021 we had 2 appointments within 4 weeks, each with a time window of 4 hours, in which nobody showed up to replace the window fittings, which according to the cover letter should be a danger to life and limb. Then paused for 2 months because of offspring and made the third appointment for today (June 2021). The time slot was 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and we called ~ 4 p.m. as a precaution to ask if anyone would come today. The support contacted the tradesman, called us back and told us that he was on his way and should be with us around 16:40. It is now 6 p.m., nobody can be reached anywhere and of course the craftsman is no longer coming. Seldom has such poor customer management as MACO has experienced, not to mention the obviously dangerous product. PS: The "owner" can save himself the ready-made blah-blah answer, but should fundamentally change his processes or the sub-companies with which they work to carry out such recall / exchange work.

Wir warteten auch vergebens einen halben Tag (musste Urlaub nehmen) auf den Techniker und keiner kam. Grund: Der Firma war nicht bekannt, wie viele Fenster unser Bau hat. Meiner Meinung ist in dieser Firma organisatorisch der Wurm drin. Obviously, that's the business practice that replacement dates are not met. We waited in vain for half a day (had to take a vacation) for the technician and no one came. Reason: The company did not know how many windows our building had. In my opinion, organizationally the worm is in this company.

Jetzt hoffe ich dass auch noch der Versand klappt, dann bin ich gerettet ;-) Es sollte viel mehr solche Firmen geben die sich auch nach so langer Zeit um ihre Kunden kümmern und einen nicht im Regen stehen lassen, wenn man ein Problem hat! TOP customer service! I actually got a positive answer to my request for a spare part for a balcony door that was over 30 years old. Now I hope that the shipping will also work, then I'm saved ;-) There should be many more companies that take care of their customers even after such a long time and don't leave you out in the rain if you have a problem!
