M	Marc Stabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit dem Essen von Max Catering bin ich über eine Kooperation mit meiner Schule in Berührung gekommen. Leider war ich vom Geschmack und der Konsistenz der gebotenen Speisen nicht überzeugt, bzw. enttäuscht. Selbstverständlich ist diese Einschätzung Subjektiv, aber zumindest in unserem Klassenverband war dies die mehrheitliche Meinung. Ich möchte hier nicht die Köche kritisieren vielleicht sind die Speisen Vorort in einem exzellenten und geschmacklich akzeptablen Zustand. Dann müsste man aber mal seine Logistik oder Qualitätssicherung hinterfragen oder den Prozess zum wieder aufwärmen der Speisen überdecken und nach alternativen Möglichkeiten zum derzeitigen Konzept zu schauen oder vielleicht tun es auch schon Schulungen für das Personal Vorort an den Schulen. Of course, this assessment is subjective, but at least in our class this was the majority opinion. I don't want to criticize the chefs here, maybe the food on site is in an excellent and tastefully acceptable condition. Then you would have to question your logistics or quality assurance or cover up the process of reheating the food and look for alternative options to the current concept or maybe training for the staff on site at the schools is already doing it.
