★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem mein Motorradhandschuh nicht korrekt repariert wurde und gleich nach der Abholung im Geschäft an der gleichen Stelle wieder kaputt gegangen ist, habe ich den Handschuh zurückgebracht und ein zweites Mal reparieren lassen. Anstatt den Fehler zuzugeben wurde ich gefragt, als ob ich vielleicht den zweiten Handschuh gebracht hätte. Al ob ich mit Absicht den Laden täuschen würde. Leider keine positive Erfahrung und Behandlung der Kundschaft, nach meiner Erfahrung.
After my motorcycle glove was not repaired correctly and broke again in the same place immediately after picking it up from the shop, I took the glove back and had it repaired a second time. Instead of admitting the mistake, I was asked as if I might have brought the second glove. Like I was deliberately fooling the store. Unfortunately not a positive experience and treatment of the customers, in my experience.
