★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing you would expect from a Margharita pizza is cheese. Plenty amount of cheese. They are using 1/4 ratio of cheese of an American pizza and 1/2 ratio of an Italian one. You are basicly eating a dough with tomato paste on it and a very expensive one! Dough is very thin(Italian style) which is a good thing. However because it was cold and when they reheated it and it went from crispy to cracker form. That, I didn't like a bit. So, you are eating a reheated checker with tomato paste on it, no cheese and called Margherita for 1.5 times the price of its competitors. Spicy salami pizza was ok on the salami side, still no cheese, still cracker form. That second star comes from friendly staff. Nothing more, nothing less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary tastes definitely should be tried. The athmosphere is soothing , the music is calming and the local beer is highly recommended. The crispy layer of the pizza is appetising.tomatoe sauce is so fresh i thought they have Just picked the tomatoes from their garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem of place that we stumbled upon while in the first district. Matteo’s has some very good pizza by the slice. I had the salami and the kale and salciccia. Excellent! Plus the staff was kind and gracious. Definitely going back.
