Eine so freundliche, saubere, höfliche und respektvolle Rauchfangkehrerin habe ich noch nie kennen gelernt. Kompetent und erklärt alles genau, dokumentiert mit Bildern und verliert die Geduld nicht. Herr Schnedl, herzliche Gratulation zu so einer Mitarbeiterin.
 Unfortunately I haven't had time to rate yet, but because it is so important to me, 2 weeks late. I have never met such a friendly, clean, polite and respectful chimney sweep. Competent and explains everything exactly, documented with pictures and does not lose patience. Mr. Schnedl, congratulations on such an employee.
