Auf meine Frage, warum ich so kurz vorher informiert werde, schließlich habe ich eine Stunde Anfahrtszeit, kam die schnoddrige Antwort: "Die Kunden sagen ja auch so kurz vorher ab." Was mich aber am meisten aufregt: Es kam kein "Entschuldigen Sie bitte" oder "Es tut uns leid". Nicht mal ein Angebot einen anderen Termin auszumachen. Fazit: Die Masseure können nichts dafür, die Administration ist GROTTENSCHLECHT. Kundenorientiertes Verhalten ist dort Neuland. My appointment was canceled a HALF HOUR earlier. When I asked why I was informed so shortly before, after all, I have an hour to get there, came the snappy answer: "The customers say so shortly before." What upset me the most: there was no "sorry" or "I'm sorry". Not even an offer to make another appointment. Conclusion: The masseurs can not help it, the administration is GROTTENSCHLECHT. Customer-oriented behavior is new territory there.

Man braucht gar nicht viel sagen, die Problemzonen werden wirklich aufgespürt. Vor Allem läuft alles sehr ruhig und entspannt ab. Man kann bei der Massage so richtig gut abschalten. Die 29 Euro für eine halbe Std. ist es wirklich wert. It really helps! I can only recommend the massage institute. The people there are very friendly and empathetic! Needless to say, the problem areas are really tracked down. Above all, everything is very calm and relaxed. You can switch off really well with the massage. The 29 euros for half an hour is really worth it.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Always good, they support visually impaired people, who all massage really well and sustainably, and sometimes have additional offers (acupuncture tower massage, river zone reflex massage, etc.). We recommend.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, so schnell einen Termin zu bekommen. Mit großer Vorfreude bin ich zu meinem Termin und wurde leider etwas enttäuscht. Man bekam zwar ein Hallo von der Empfangsdame, aber dann wurde man wortlos abgehakt und dann angestarrt. Kein- Setzen Sie sich, dauert noch kurz oder sonst was. Als der Masseur kam, wurde man nicht begrüßt. Der ging einfach wortlos in den Massageraum. Also Kommunikation und Kundenfreundlichkeit waren eher weniger vorhanden. Die Massage war okay. Vielleicht hatten sie alle keinen guten Tag, ich bin aber durch diesen ersten Eindruck leider nicht verleitet, es noch mal zu probieren. Schade I had high expectations of the institute after reading the many positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment so quickly. I went to my appointment with great anticipation and was unfortunately a bit disappointed. You got a hello from the receptionist, but then you were silently ticked off and then stared at. No- Sit down, it'll be a moment or anything. When the masseur came, you were not greeted. He just walked into the massage room without a word. So communication and customer friendliness were rather less available. The massage was ok. Maybe they weren't all having a good day, but unfortunately this first impression doesn't tempt me to try it again. Pity

I attended two sessions, both with the same therapist called Natalja, who was not only excellent at her job, but also very friendly and chatty (and spoke English). There are a good few therapists working there every day, and the receptionist could fit me in on the same day. 1 session (30min) costs 29e.
