Er geht auf die Kundenwünsche ein, macht super Vorschläge, auf die man selbst nie gekommen wäre und ist immer erreichbar. Außerdem hat man nie das Gefühl, dass er sich selbst als Architekt inszenieren will. Und finanziell war es auch okay und das Geld wert, weil man schließlich nur einmal baut!
I live in a great house that was planned by Martin Schneider. He responds to customer requests, makes great suggestions that you would never have thought of yourself and is always available. In addition, you never have the feeling that he wants to stage himself as an architect. And financially it was okay and well worth the money because you only build once!
