b	baran Coskun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, Vielleicht solltet ihr nochmal überprüfen, wer eure Emails checkt, so mancher denkt, er könne andere Menschen so behandeln wie er möchte, ohne das es wer mitbekommt. In der Email wo mir geantwortet wurde, wurde nicht mal ein ,Sehr geehrte/r Frau/Herr' und ,Liebe Grüße' verwendet. Ich wurde sofort Geduzt obwohl ich das nicht mal wollte. Jeder Mensch egal woher er kommt, wieviele Ausbildungen er hat oder was auch immer, hat ein Recht darauf mit ,Sie' oder ,Herr' angeredet zu werden, egal wie wichtig die E-Mail ist. Sowas hat was mit Respekt zu tun, was hier leider nicht der Fall war. Ich war immer korrekt und hatte keine bösen Absichten, was ich aber zu spüren bekommen hab. Ich schreibe das aus dem Grund hier, damit es jeder sieht. Die Person hat mich auf einen Fehler aufmerksam gemacht und das in einem nicht netten Satz (es wurde dieses Smiley benutzt , ;) ) was für mich ein wenig unprofessionell wirkte und ich habe mich auch etwas von oben herab behandelt gefühlt. Sowas sollte in einem Ärztezentrum oder in einer sozialen Einrichtung nicht passieren. Ich stehe für Gerechtigkeit und jeder sollte respektvoll behandelt werden <3 Danke und Alles Gute! Hello, Perhaps you should double-check who checks your emails, some think that they can treat other people as they want without anyone noticing. In the email to which I was replied, not even a 'Dear Madam / Sir' and 'Greetings' were used. I was immediately asked even though I didn't even want to. Everyone, no matter where they come from, how many qualifications they have or whatever, has the right to be addressed with 'you' or 'Mr', no matter how important the e-mail is. Something like that has to do with respect, which unfortunately wasn't the case here. I was always correct and had no bad intentions, which I did feel. I am writing this here for everyone to see. The person made me aware of a mistake and that in a not nice sentence (this smiley was used,;)) which seemed a little unprofessional to me and I also felt treated from above. That shouldn't happen in a medical center or in a social institution. I stand for justice and everyone should be treated with respect <3 Thanks and all the best!
