Hier aber eine rühmliche Ausnahme: das originalverpackte, neue Tablet war gut verpackt trotz Normalversand per Nachname nach 2 Werktagen da, top ? Statusbericht per Mail mit Versandbenachrichtigung, Trackingnummer usw. wie es sein soll. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, Top Preise, guter Service, schneller Versand ? I bought a Samsung Tab for my daughter through Willhaben and I'm generally rather skeptical of various cell phone shops. But here is a notable exception: The new tablet in its original packaging was well packaged despite normal shipping by last name after 2 working days, great ? Status report by email with shipping notification, tracking number, etc. as it should be. Overall, highly recommended, top prices, good service, fast shipping ?

Ist zwar billiger als sonst irgendwo aber dann soll er auch dazu schreiben, dass es neuwertig und nicht "NAGEL NEUE ORIGINAL VERSIEGELT WERKSFREI" schreiben. Das Einzige was daran sicher stimmt ist das "werksfrei", ob es wirklich neu ist kann ich nicht sagen. Ein neues Pickerl kann man schnell mal drüber picken. Nicht zu wissen, ob ich wirklich ein neues Handy gekauft habe oder nicht ärgert mich schon ziemlich, da es aber zumindest in den ersten paar Tagen keine Probleme macht ists ok. Das Handy kommt vermutlich von irgendwo ausm Osten, aber wie gesagt, solange es funktioniert passt das für mich. Der Verkäufer wirkt sehr unmotiviert, bin aber auch nicht dort hin gegangen um zu plaudern. Sells cell phones sealed as original when it was clearly open. Am gleichen Tag versendet und wie versprochen nagelneu, versiegelt, mit Rechnung und gut verpackt per Nachnahme entgegen genommen. Sehr günstiger Preis und tolle Abwicklung. Sehr zu empfehlen I am skeptical about online cell phone shops. Everything worked perfectly at the Mars Handy Shop. Ordered the cell phone by email. Sent the same day and as promised, brand new, sealed, with an invoice and well packaged, accepted by cash on delivery. Very cheap price and great handling. We recommend

Insgesamt eine eher unfreundliche Angelegenheit und ein demotivierter Verkäufer. Werde dort sicher nicht mehr hingehen. Offer a smartphone as new and then when you look at it it has scratches and signs of wear after allegedly one week of use! Overall, a rather unfriendly affair and a demotivated seller. Will definitely not go there again.

Habe es als Neuware gekauft war auch so (verpackt und versiegelt) aber ein ursprünglich ungarisches Handy mit ungarischem Vertrag. Heute bekam ich eine ungarische Meldung auf mein Handy dass das Handy durch den Anbieter (Vodafone Ungarn) gesperrt wurde. Nach einem Telefonat mit denen würde es ungefähr 2 Wochen dauern bis ich mein Handy wieder bekomme und alles wieder funktioniert. Toller Service??? Got a cell phone from them and nothing went today. I bought it as new, it was also like that (packed and sealed) but an originally Hungarian cell phone with a Hungarian contract. Today I got a Hungarian message on my cell phone that the cell phone was blocked by the provider (Vodafone Hungary). After a phone call with them, it would take about 2 weeks to get my cell phone back and everything works again. Great service???
