Wartezeit solltest du unbedingt einplanen, weil bei Markus meist die Hütte brennt. Denn fast jeder Kunde hat ein individuelles, zeitintensives Anliegen. Als Frau solltest du darauf vorbereitet sein, von den zumeist männlichen Kunden unter Garantie angeflirtet zu werden. TIPP: Entweder Kopfhörer aufsetzen oder am besten den Shop nur in Begleitung aufsuchen. ;-) The solution to all technical needs! Especially when it comes to spare parts from the 90s and earlier. B	Bernhard Schnaitl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein kaputtes Mischpult. Kurze Sichtprobe und es stand fest zwei Kondensatoren waren kaputt, die ich mir zutraute selbst einzulöten. Ersatzteile kosteten 4€. Einsenden des Mischpults hätte 80€ gekostet und andere Händler hätten vermutlich gesagt, ich müsse das Mischpult dort lassen und ich hätte viel für Arbeitsstunden zahlen müssen. Mischpult funktioniert jetzt wieder astrein. Würde sogar sechs von fünf Sternen vergeben! Had a broken mixer. Short visual test and it was clear two capacitors were broken, which I thought I could solder myself. Spare parts cost € 4. Sending the mixer in would have cost 80 € and other dealers would probably have said I had to leave the mixer there and I would have had to pay a lot for man hours. Mixer is now working perfectly again. Would even award six out of five stars!

Markus Widhalm ist kompetent, nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt genau, welche Teile zu reparieren oder auszutauschen sind und warum. Ersatzteile zu beschaffen ist oft schwierig, er schafft es, wie auch sonst die Auswahl an Elektro-Utensilien gigantisch ist. Die Liebe und Leidenschaft zur guten alten Technik der Geräte ist hier deutlich spürbar - er ist einer der wenigen übrigen Elektroeinzelhändler, die ihr Metier ausgezeichnet beherrschen.
