★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute ein Gls Paket aufgeben.
Der Besitzer sprach zu mir durch die verschlossene Glastüre die zum Liebenauer Gürtel zeigt (starker Verkehr um 16 Uhr somit sehr laut).
Ich machte ihm klar, dass ich ihn sehr schwer verstehen, darauf entgegnete er, dass er mich sehr gut versteh. Das war eines der Dinge, die ich zur Abwechslung akkustisch erfassen konnte. Ich glaube verstanden zu haben, dass die Paketaufgabe erst wieder nächste Woche möglich ist. Sicher bin ich mir nicht. Auch auf der homepage ist keinerlei Verweis darauf.
Er fand es nicht einmal der Mühe wert mit mir bei geöffneter Türe zu kommunizieren. Ich finde das ist eine Frechheit so mit einem Kunden umzugehen.

I made it clear to him that it was very difficult for me to understand him, to which he replied that he understood me very well. That was one of the things I was able to capture acoustically for a change. I think I understand that parcel delivery will not be possible until next week. I'm not sure. There is no reference to it on the homepage either.
He didn't even find it worth the effort to communicate with me with the door open. I think it's a cheek to deal with a customer like that.

Bis jetzt hat die Qualität und das ausgesuchte Material immer gut gepasst.
Auch bei der Verarbeitung hab es in den letzten 4 Jahren keine Reklamation.
Termintreue war bis jetzt auch positiv. Es wurde immer klar Ausgesprochen ob sich ein Auftrag unter Zeitdruck ausgeht oder eben nicht.
