Da wir immer nur eine kleine Gruppe sind, kann ich von der individuellen Betreuung sehr profitieren und mein Eigenkönnen verbessern. Mariya ist sehr professionell, achtet auf unsere persönlichen Bedürfnisse und eine korrekte Ausführung der Bewegungsabläufe, und somit auf unsere körperliche Gesundheit. Ich fühle mich in ihrem Studio sehr gut aufgehoben und in guten Händen. Ich nehme meist die Angebote Stretching, Body Ballett und Ballett wahr, was für mich eine gute Mischung zwischen Basis Aufbautraining und tänzerischer Ausführung bietet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis und die Unterrichtszeiten sind dabei wirklich top. Ich freue mich über jede Einheit in Mariyas Studio, ihre tolle Arbeitsweise, ihre Gabe Menschen zu motivieren und das Beste aus ihnen herauszuholen. Sie schafft es immer wieder mich aufs Neue zu begeistern und so verlasse ich ihren Unterricht stets mit einem Gefühl innerer Zufriedenheit. Danke für deine tolle Arbeit und dein Engagement! Since autumn 2019 I visit the Ballet Studio of Mariya Mizinskaya and I am very excited about her work. Since we are always only a small group, I can benefit greatly from the individual care and improve my own skills. Mariya is very professional, takes care of our personal needs and correct execution of the movements, and thus on our physical health. I feel very well looked after in her studio and in good hands. I usually take the offers Stretching, Body Ballet and Ballet true, which offers a good mix between basic training and dancing execution for me. The value for money and the teaching times are really great. I appreciate each and every unit in Mariya's studio, their great way of working, their ability to motivate people and get the most out of them. She always manages to inspire me again and again, so I always leave her lessons with a sense of inner satisfaction. Thank you for your great work and your commitment!

Sie ist nicht nur eine sehr professionelle Balletttänzerin, sondern eine ausgezeichnete Pãdagogin, die die Kinder auf ihr Herz trägt. Besser könnte man es nicht machen!!! Ich als Vater wollte immer flexibler werden, da es für alle Sportarten und allgemein wichtig ist. Jetzt gehe ich zur Stretching und endlich lerne ich, wie den Körper richtig ausdehnt werden kann. Wir wohnen nicht in der Nähe aber es lohnt sich zu Mariya zu fahren, da einfach die Kurse so einzigartig gut sind! Danke Mariya für deine Arbeit und dass du so bist, wie du bist!!! My 4 year old daughter is learning ballet from Mariya and she is in the best hands! She is not only a very professional ballet dancer, but an excellent educator who takes the children to her heart. You couldn't do it better !!! As a father, I always wanted to be more flexible because it is important for all sports and in general. Now I go to stretching and finally I learn how to properly stretch the body. We don't live nearby, but it's worth going to Mariya because the courses are so uniquely good! Uns erschien Body Ballett als eine gute Möglichkeit unseren Körper gesund und fit zu halten. Die Professionalität von Mariya zeigt sich in der Qualität wie Übungen vorgezeigt werden und wie sie auf jeden einzelnen Kursteilnehmer eingeht. Mariya versteht es, die richtige Balance zwischen konditionsstärkenden Übungen, Muskeltraining und Dehnungsübungen zu finden. Ganz wichtig ist uns neben der technischen Umsetzung auch die persönliche Komponente in den Kurseinheiten. Mariya ist eine sehr sympathische und ruhige Person. Das trägt dazu dabei, dass man sich nach den Übungsstunden rundum wohl und entspannt fühlt. Auch der Wechsel zum online Videounterricht, welcher aufgrund er aktuellen Situation notwendig wurde, funktionierte tadellos. Unsere Konstitution und auch das allgemeine Wohlbefinden hat sich deutlich verbessert! Herzlichen Dank Mariya! ? The professionalism of Mariya shows in the quality of how exercises are demonstrated and how she responds to each individual course participant. Mariya knows how to find the right balance between conditioning exercises, muscle training and stretching exercises. In addition to the technical implementation, the personal component in the course units is also very important to us. Mariya is a very personable and calm person. This helps ensure that you feel completely comfortable and relaxed after the exercise hours. Zugegeben, Ballett habe ich erst vor etwa 5 Jahren, im Alter von 50, angefangen. Mittlerweile kenne ich verschiedene Schulen (in Deutschland) und Ballettrichtungen, und egal, ob für jung oder alt, ob Hobby- oder ambitionierte Tänzer, finde ich Frau Mizinskayas russische Methodik (nach Vaganova) am allersinnvollsten. Frau Mizinskayas Ballettstunde ist sehr gut strukturiert; beachtlich ist auch, dass sie alle Übungen mitmacht und währenddessen die Arbeit aller Teilnehmer – sowohl im Studio als auch online – verfolgt; sie korrigiert gleichermaßen gründlich wie angenehm und gibt dabei noch wichtige Hinweise und wertvolle Tipps. Außerdem ist es wunderschön, Frau Mizinskaya tanzen zu sehen! Vielen Dank! Fil With the first ballet lesson for adult beginners, I decided to register for further online ballet and stretching courses. Admittedly, I only started ballet about 5 years ago, at the age of 50. Meanwhile I know different schools (in Germany) and ballet styles, and no matter whether for young or old, whether hobby or ambitious dancers, I find Ms. Mizinskaya's Russian methodology (after Vaganova) the most sensible. It is more than just a dance school, they cultivate a passion for dance. My daughter is learning discipline, control to achieve a goal.The teacher is highly professional and care tremendously about the dancers. This type of quality (precise)attention to detail cannot be found elsewhere.
