★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde von einer Frau marem bedient..sehr freundlich höflich kompetent zuvorkommend...ich komme aus wien und kenne jede Filiale in wien da könnten sich mehrere eine Scheibe abschneiden....auch was Sauberkeit betrifft.....das die Dame Kopftuch trägt ist ihr gutes Recht und mit ihrem sonstigen kleidungstil der charmanten Art und dem.schönen Gesicht passt sie 1x in dieses Geschäft....due firma sollte auch in wien solche leute haben.....leider ist das nicht so und deshalb kaufe ich in verschiedenen Parfümerien ein früher nur marionnauf
I would be served by a woman marem..very friendly, polite, competent, accommodating ... I come from Vienna and I know every branch in Vienna Wearing a headscarf is her right and with her other style of clothing of the charming kind and the beautiful face she fits into this shop once .... the company should have such people in vienna too ..... unfortunately that's not the case and that's why I buy an earlier only marionnauf in various perfumeries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe nach einer wasserfesten Wimperntusche gefragt (Marke höhere Preisklasse). Zuerst meinte das Fräulein sie wäre vergriffen. Dann fand sie doch Eine. Zuhause erst habe ich bemerkt, dass sie wohl ihre Produkte nicht (er)kennt. Leider falsche Bürste und falsches Produkt. Wär sie beim Verpacken und Bezahlen nicht so flott gewesen, wärs mir vermutlich selbst noch aufgefallen. So bleibe ich dann doch lieber meinen professionellen Make-up-Verkäufer treu, was bestimmt nicht für Marionnaud spricht. Die zwei Punkte sind für die Freundlichkeit des Fräuleins und guten Erinnerungen die ich mit der damaligen Dame (ca 2 Jahre her) hatte.
I asked for a waterproof mascara (brand higher price range). At first the lady said it was out of stock. Then she found one. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed that she probably doesn't know her products. Unfortunately wrong brush and wrong product. If she hadn't been so quick with packing and paying, I probably would have noticed it myself. So I'd rather stay true to my professional make-up salesman, which certainly doesn't speak for Marionnaud. The two points are for the friendliness of the lady and the good memories I had with the lady at the time (about 2 years ago).
