Seldom experienced such an unfriendly service! Especially in times like these, a smile certainly doesn't hurt! I was here for the last time.

Ich war zirka 20x dort Zigarettenkaufen, hatte immer ein Lächeln dabei und freundlich Worte, doch das kam kein eiziges Mal retour. "Grimmiger" Gesichtsausdruck und selten ein "Hallo oder Auf Wiedersehen"! 5x versucht bzgl. einer Frage dort an zu rufen: Abheben Fehlanzeige, obwohl dieses Geschäft nicht viel Kundschaft hat. Ich werde ab sofort in einer anderen Trafik einkaufen, egal ob ich dafür weiter gehen muß. So there is no friendliness or a smile! I went there about 20 times to buy cigarettes, always had a smile with me and friendly words, but it never came back. "Grim" facial expression and rarely a "hello or goodbye"! Tried 5 times to call there with a question: No taking off, although this business does not have a lot of customers. From now on I will be shopping in another tobacco shop, regardless of whether I have to go further.
