Dazu noch den Marillenschnapps, geschmacklich richtig intensiv, sowas bekommt man nicht oft. Dazu auch noch günstig ... das Lob muss aber nicht unbedingt zu einer Preiserhöhung führen ?. Dazu kommt einfach noch der nette und sympathische Kontakt vor Ort am Verkaufsstand! Wir kommen wieder... We bought wonderful apricots from the Weiss family. To simply boil down to eat and to jam (the "picked up" ones). Both great. Add to that the apricot schnapps, the taste is really intense, you don't get that often. Also cheap ... but the praise does not necessarily have to lead to a price increase ?. In addition, there is simply the nice and personable contact on site at the sales booth! We will be back...

Der Betrieb wird von Tochter Victoria weitergeführt und man merkt die Liebe für den Betrieb, für die Familie und vor allem auch für Marille. Eine echte Powerfrau, die mit Kreativität, Leidenschaft und Energie den Familienbetrieb weiterentwickelt. Ich kann nur empfehlen in Rohrendorf zu stoppen, um sich die saftigen Marillen abzuholen und mit der freundlichen Junior-Chefin zu plaudern. This family-run business offers delicious apricots. A	Anita Kroißböck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbare Marillen in einem leuchtenden Orange mit roten Bäckchen☺️...die Marmelade ist wieder ein Traum geworden? Wir haben Unmengen beim Einkochen genascht.....mmmm? Einige wandern in den Gefrierschrank für Marillenknödel und Kuchen. Ein Tipp von mir persönlich, nur den 1:1 Gelierzucker von Wiener Zucker verwenden und pro Kilo Obst ca. 20 dag weniger Zucker verwenden. Marmelade kochen, pürieren, abfüllen, abkühlen lassen und dann einfrieren. Somit haben sie immer frischeste Marmelade am Tisch. Farblich wie geschmacklich ein Traum als wäre frisch eingekocht. Ich hab die liebe Oma des Hauses kennen gelernt, die Enkelin so sympatischund ......da kauft man gerne ein. Übrigens gibts auch Pfirsiche, Marillennektar, Schnäpse.....☺️ Ich hoffe die Ernte 2021 bleibt so erfolgreich. Nächstes Jahr komme ich wieder zur Familie Weiss. Danke für die viele Arbeit und Mühen, damit wir so herrliche Früchte bekommen....und die Landschaftspflege! Es ist so wunderbar anzusehen wenn Baum an Baum voll oranger Pracht in ausgemähten Reihen stehen ...... Die Marillenblüte muss der Wahnsinn sein. ❤❤ Wonderful apricots in a bright orange with red cheeks☺️ ... the jam has become a dream again? We ate a lot while boiling down ..... mmmm? Some end up in the freezer for apricot dumplings and cakes. A tip from me personally, only use the 1: 1 preserving sugar from Wiener Zucker and use approx. 20 days less sugar per kilo of fruit. Boil jam, puree, fill, let cool and then freeze. So you always have the freshest jam on the table. A dream in terms of color and taste, as if freshly boiled down. I got to know the dear grandma of the house, the granddaughter so sympathetic and ...... people like to shop there. By the way, there are also peaches, apricot nectar, schnapps ..... ☺️ I hope the 2021 harvest remains so successful. Next year I'll come back to the Weiss family. Thank you for all the work and effort, so that we get such wonderful fruits ... and the landscape maintenance! It is so wonderful to see when tree after tree, full of orange splendor, stand in mowed rows ...... The apricot blossom must be amazing. ❤❤
