Es gibt derzeit viele Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine, manche von denen haben einfach alles verloren, manche wollten nicht auf der Flucht im Ausland sein, aber die Situation ist so. Die Leute brauchen einfach Hilfe. Es gibt eine Frau im 2. Geschoss, die unglaublich unfreundlich ist. Ich war gestern da als Dolmetscherin für eine Familie. Ihre Aufgabe war es nur zu überprüfen, ob die Daten schon im System sind (es hat 1 Minute gedauert die Info zu bekommen) aber sie war unglaublich unfreundlich. Heute hat sie einfach geschrien ohne Grund. Ihre Kollege war auch überrascht, dass sie so komisch reagiert. Vielleicht ist sie falsch bei dieser Arbeit. Entschuldigung, aber ihre Arbeit ist es freundlich zu sein und ihr Land zu präsentieren. Weil Ukrainer und Ukrainerinnen vielleicht auch ihr friedliches Leben schützen und mit dem Leben dafür bezahlen. Andere Kollege sind freundlich. Danke für ihre Unterstützung. I always thought that Caritas was an aid organization. There are a lot of refugees from Ukraine at the moment, some of them just lost everything, some didn't want to be on the run abroad, but the situation is like this. People just need help. There is a woman on the 2nd floor who is incredibly rude. I was there yesterday as an interpreter for a family. Her job was only to check if the data is already in the system (it took 1 minute to get the info) but she was incredibly rude. Today she just screamed for no reason. Her colleague was also surprised that she reacted so strangely. Perhaps she is wrong in this work. Sorry but your job is to be friendly and represent your country. Because Ukrainians may also protect their peaceful life and pay for it with their lives. Other colleagues are friendly. Thank you for your support.
