★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maniküre: Vorheriger Lack wurde mangelhaft entfernt, Nägel mit einer Metallfeile fransig hin und her gefeilt. Oberseite der Nägel durch Feilen aufgeraut, Buffer war leider keiner mehr vorhanden, daher nicht poliert. Rückstände des Pflegeöls wurden ebenfalls schlecht entfernt, neuer Lack schlampig aufgetragen. Dieser warf sofort Bläschen, was vom Lehrling mit "Achso, ja." kommentiert, aber nicht korrigiert wurde.
Harzen/Wachsen: Das Wachs wird mit einem Patronenapplikator wie aus der Drogerie aufgetragen und mit Vliesstreifen entfernt. Es blieben viele Härchen übrig.
Manicure: The previous varnish was removed poorly, nails were frayed back and forth with a metal file. Top of the nails roughened up by filing, unfortunately there was no buffer left, so not polished. Residues of the care oil were also badly removed, new paint was applied sloppy. The latter immediately threw bubbles, which the apprentice called "Oh, yes." was commented on but not corrected.
Resin / wax: The wax is applied with a cartridge applicator as from a drugstore and removed with fleece strips. Many hairs remained.

Lisa hat mit die Nägel gemacht ich bin selbst friseurin und musste eine ganze Woche lang Haare mit Handschuhen waschen weil sie mir bei jedem einzelnen Finger hineingefeilt hat ... Katastophahl kann ich nur sagen ... ihre dicke Kollegin war aber auch nicht besser und schneiden kann von denen da ja sowieso auch keiner haarwäsche war ganz ok
It's a shame that you can't just give zero stars .... Lisa did the nails with me, I'm a hairdresser myself and had to wash my hair with gloves for a whole week because she filed into every single finger for me ... I can only say disaster ... but her fat colleague wasn’t any better, and none of them can cut their hair anyway

Children's haircut of my little ones. Were super friendly and nice, everything was great and the kids have felt comfortable and a nice cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passen nicht... bei einer 30minütigen Pediküre inkl.Fußbad wurde auf meinen Prpblemhinweis nicht eingegangen und auch der alte Nagellack nicht komplett entfernt...schade aber für 36€habe ich mehr erwartet
Price / performance ratio does not fit ... with a 30-minute pedicure including foot bath, my problem was not addressed and the old nail polish was not completely removed ... a shame but for 36 € I expected more

Also, I don't have to wait, quite punctual and professional.
