Wenn man anruft und sagt, daß die das ändern sollen, meinen sie nur das sie das nicht ändern werden.... Auch bei der Türe stehen keine Öffnungszeiten, da meinte der "freundliche" Herr, das ich ja sowieso schon umsonst gefahren bin.... ?
Very impolite! It's open on the internet, then you're standing in front of closed doors! If you call and say that they should change it, they just mean that they will not change it .... Also there are no opening times at the door, so the "friendly" gentleman said that I was driving for free anyway. ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service ! Musste nach vielen Jahren meine Garagen-Fernbedienungen neu "programmieren" und hatte die erforderliche Programmier-Nadel nicht. Nach einem Anruf in Wels bei Marantec wurde mir diese unkompliziert und kostenfrei zugesendet ! Danke dafür !
Super Service ! After many years, I had to "reprogram" my garage remote controls and did not have the required programming needle. After a call in Wels at Marantec this was sent to me uncomplicated and free of charge! Thanks for that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brunner-Bau hat mein hausgebaut. Ein Sub-Unternehmen hatte den Marantec-Antrieb mangelhaft installiert, ist dann in Konkurs gegangen und wir als Kunden sind dabei auf der Strecke geblieben. Die hohen Garantie-Versprechungen Von Burnner Bau haben, wie so oft, nicht gehalten.
Marantec hat perfekt reagiert und auf Garantie kostenlos alles koordiniert und getauscht.

Brunner-Bau built mine. A sub-company installed the Marantec drive inadequately, then went bankrupt and we as customers fell by the wayside. As is so often the case, Burnner Bau's high guarantee promises have not been kept.
Marantec reacted perfectly and coordinated and exchanged everything free of charge under guarantee.
