"Dann sollte man vor und in der Garage eine Hinweistafel aufhängen, „Betreten des Bodenbelages nur mit Filzpatscherln oder mit Socken!!“ggg!! Deine Mieterin sollte aber auch Filzpatscherln für die Reifen von Ihrem Auto nähen lassen, bevor Sie in die Garage einfährt! ggg!!! Ich kann mir einfach nicht vorstellen, wenn man den ganzen Tag mit dem Auto auf der Straße unterwegs ist, das man keine Steine zwischen den Reifenprofilen bekommt, und diese Steine „denke ich mir“ werden Kratzer in die Bodenbeschichtung machen!!" Über Filzpatscherl wird kommuniziert beim Herrn BM, statt seine Arbeit anständig zu machen und wieder sind die Steine im Reifenprofil schuld, bei der ersten Beanstandung und jetzt wieder! Immer die gleichen Ausreden, Ihre Entscheidung ob und wie Sie mit solchen Firmen in meinen Fall umgehen! Ich als Kunde und Eigentümer der besagten Liegenschaft möchte einen Bodenbelag in meiner Garage wo auch Steine im Reifenprofil sein dürfen und nicht alle Zeit urgieren muss, weil schon wieder der Belag von Mapei abplatzt! This is real reality when you have friends or business partners like I once had! As a customer and owner of the said property, I would like a floor covering in my garage where there can also be stones in the tire tread and I don't have to keep urging because the Mapei covering is flaking off again!
