★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das findet man selten: Einen Winzer, der nicht in eine Winzerfamilie geboren wurde, sondern als "weinbau-Externer" ein abgeschlossenes Philosophiestudium hat und sich den Weinbau im Wesentlichen autodidaktisch beigebracht hat. Dass das ganz hervorragend gelungen ist, davon kann man sich bei einer Verkostung überzeugen - und die Verleiher der Goldmedaillen sahen das offenbar auch so.
Alles wird bio produziert aus Überzeugung, auch wenn das mit mehr Arbeit verbunden ist.
Es wird auch immer wieder was neues probiert - vom "Blutmond" bis hin zu Weißwein im Holzfass - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Lediglich den "08/15- Wein zum Spritzen" wird man nicht finden.
 You rarely find that: a winemaker who was not born into a winemaking family, but who has a degree in philosophy as a "viticulture outsider" and who has essentially taught himself viticulture by himself. You can see for yourself at a tasting that this has succeeded extremely well - and the gold medal lenders apparently saw it that way too.
Everything is produced organically out of conviction, even if it involves more work.
There is always something new to try - from the "blood moon" to white wine in wooden barrels - something for every taste.
Only the "08/15 wine to splash" will not be found.
