J	Jim Jupiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit dem Unternehmen keine gute Erfahrungen gemacht als ich für einen Mobilfunkanbieter im technischen Support arbeiten durfte und meine Stunden von 35 auf 25 reduzieren musste um den Anschluss in meinem Studium nicht zu verlieren, bekam ich keinen Rückhalt. Der Firma selbst war es egal da sie flexible Zeiteinteilungen von 15 - 40 Stunden hatten aber Manpower machte zicken. Erst auf Nachdruck bekam ich die Reduktion und als ich das mit einer Bildungsteilzeit verbinden wollte kam seitens Manpower(!) in einem persönlichen Gespräch hochnäsig die Ablehnung mit einer fadenscheinigen Begründung und ich solle froh sein dass ich überhaupt meine Stunden reduzieren durfte. Es sei wohl angemerkt, dass mit einer Zustimmung weder für den Arbeitgeber noch für Manpower ein finanzieller Nachteil entstanden wäre, da im Grunde der Staat hier finanziell einspringt um den Gehaltsentgang abzufedern. Alles was es dazu benötigt ist quasi die Erlaubnis des Unternehmens gehen zu dürfen. Dieses Unternehmen schert sich nicht um das Weiterbildungswohl ihrer Angestellten und ich könnte noch zwei weitere Punkte aufzählen aber im wesentlichen empfehle ich jedem dieses Unternehmen zu meiden, da ich mit anderen Leasingfirmen wesentlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Auch von Freunden die für den gleichen Mobilfunkanbieter mit mir in der selben Position gearbeitet hatten aber eine andere Leasingfirma hatten, war eine Bildungsteilzeit kein Thema. Ich beziehe meine Kritik im besonderen auf die Niederlassung in Klagenfurt. I didn't have a good experience with the company when I was allowed to work for a mobile phone provider in technical support and had to reduce my hours from 35 to 25 in order not to lose touch with my studies, I didn't get any support. The company itself didn't care because they had flexible time schedules of 15 - 40 hours, but manpower was a bit tricky. It was only when I was pressed that I got the reduction and when I wanted to combine this with part-time training, Manpower(!) snootily rejected it in a personal conversation with a flimsy justification and I should be happy that I was even allowed to reduce my hours. It should be noted that approval would not have resulted in a financial disadvantage for either the employer or the workforce, since the state basically steps in to cushion the loss of salary. All it takes is basically the permission of the company to be allowed to go. This company doesn't care about the wellbeing of their employees and I could add two more points but basically I recommend everyone to avoid this company as I have had much better experiences with other leasing companies. Part-time training was also not an issue for friends who had worked in the same position with me for the same mobile phone provider but had a different leasing company. I refer my criticism in particular to the branch in Klagenfurt.
