Das Yoga wie ihr es unterrichtet, ist für mich jedesmal wie ein Kurzurlaub. Eure strukturierten, humorvollen und herzlichen Yogastunden haben mir und anderen Teilnehmer schon viele magic Moments beschert. Mit gleicher Qualität habe ich auch die Yogalehrerausbildung, Nuad und die Yogaurlaube am Meer erlebt. The yoga you teach is like a short vacation for me every time. Your structured, humorous and warm yoga classes have given me and other participants many magic moments. Die Ausbildung (ich beziehe mich hier auf Yin Yoga, werde aber noch weitere machen) war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich aufgebaut. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen (Skript und diverse andere) sowie darüber hinaus gehende Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Literatur, Musik etc. sind sehr gut und sehr umfangreich. Wer möchte kann direkt vor Ort übernachten, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem wirklich super! :) Great in all areas! A wonderful team, both personally and professionally. The training (I am referring to Yin Yoga here, but I will do more) was very good and varied. The documents provided (script and various others) as well as further recommendations regarding literature, music etc. are very good and very extensive. If you want, you can stay overnight, the food is excellent. All in all really great! :)
