Nachdem wir 15 Min. gewartet hatten, haben wir noch mal Tel. nachgefragt dann taten sie so als ob sie von nichts wissen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Schlußendlich kam er eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Wir haben dadurch fast den Zug versäumt. Auf keinen Fall dort im voraus ein Taxi bestellen.
Taxi was ordered a week in advance and confirmed in writing. After we had waited 15 minutes, we asked the phone again and then they pretended not to know anything. Not a word of apology. In the end he was half an hour late. As a result, we almost missed the train. Under no circumstances should you order a taxi there in advance.
