★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mit dem LKW eine Panne, keine 30 Minuten später kam ein Mechaniker und machte ihn bis zur Werkstatt wieder fahrtauglich. Der LKW musste über Nacht in der Werkstatt verweilen, mir wurde sofort von MAN ein Hotel vermittelt und wurde sogar dorthin gefahren, ich konnte auch noch ein paar Einkäufe tätigen. Auf die Frage nach einem 230v Handyladekabel wurde mir sofort ein Ladekabel eines Mechanikers über Nacht ausgeliehen. Top Kundenservice und ein sehr kompetentes Team! Solch eine fachliche Kompetenz, macht eine LKW-Panne halbwegs erträglich! 5 Sterne für diese MAN-Niederlassung
I had a breakdown with the truck, less than 30 minutes later a mechanic came and made it drivable again to the workshop. The truck had to stay in the workshop overnight, MAN immediately arranged a hotel for me and was even driven there, I was also able to do a few purchases. When I asked about a 230v cell phone charging cable, I was immediately loaned a charging cable from a mechanic overnight. Top customer service and a very competent team! Such professional competence makes a truck breakdown halfway bearable! 5 stars for this MAN branch
