G	Gábor Mátics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 2 verschiedene Farben über farbe-direkt.at bestellt...die eine ist statt rose 120 artis 120 gekommen...das habe ich zirka 2 Woche später erkannt weil ich dann anfangen wollte..mit Photos über die Bestellung und über die Ware per email gesendet habe...0 Reaktion...dann habe ich eine andere Mailadresse gefunden was direkt vom Malerei gehört.. wieder null Reaktion...Dann per Handy habe ich probiert-nicht abgehoben...dann habe ich ein sms erhalten:Ich rufe Sie zurück....natürlich nichts..nachher habe ich noch sms gesendet...nichts..Also ich musste statt der falschen Farbe andere kaufen..(In der Nähe Baumarkt)Sowas in 2020 in Österreich einfach geht nicht..Würde ich nicht von der Firma bestellen.Sonst die andere Farbe ist ganz Ok I ordered 2 different colors via color-direct.at ... one came instead of rose 120 artis 120 ... I recognized that about 2 weeks later because I wanted to start ... with photos about the order and about the I sent the goods via email ... 0 response ... then I found another email address which belongs directly to the painting .. again zero response ... Then I tried - not answered - by cell phone ... then I got an SMS received: I call you back .... of course nothing .. afterwards I sent text messages ... nothing .. So I had to buy others instead of the wrong color .. (Nearby hardware store) Something in 2020 in Austria is easy not .. I would not order from the company, otherwise the other color is ok
C	Chri S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei diesem Online Shop 2 Rollen Tapete und Kleber dafür bestellt. Ware kam sehr schnell und gut verpackt (durch Hersteller) bei uns an. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Allerdings haben wir zu viel bestellt und wollten dies nun mit dem Unternehmen klären. Es wird weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe reagiert, bei Anrufen wird man weggedrückt mit der SMS "Ich rufe Sie zurück" was natürlich nie geschieht. Bin wirklich enttäuscht, dass in der heutigen Zeit noch österr. Unternehmen gibt, welche mit solchen Praktiken überleben können. Wäre ich nicht gerade ca. 6 Std. Autofahrt von der Firma entfernt, hätte ich ihnen schon einen Besuch abgestattet. FAZIT: zwar ne schnelle Lieferung, der After Sales Service ist nicht vorhanden! Somit kann keine Empfehlung für dieses Unternehmen ausgesprochen werden. Am besten die Finger davon lassen und beim lokalen Farbenhändler kaufen I ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper and adhesive for this online shop. Goods arrived very quickly and well packaged (by the manufacturer). So far everything is fine. However, we ordered too much and wanted to clarify this with the company. Neither e-mails nor calls are reacted to, while calls are pushed away with the SMS "I will call you back", which of course never happens. I am really disappointed that there are still Austrian companies today that can survive with such practices. If I hadn't been around 6 hours by car from the company, I would have paid them a visit. CONCLUSION: Although fast delivery, the after sales service is not available! Therefore, no recommendation can be made for this company. It's best to keep your hands off it and buy it from the local paint dealer
M	Moritz Scharf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farben bestellt und bezahlt, nach 10 Tagen noch keine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Auf Anrufe und E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Glücklicherweise per Paypal bezahlt, also Rückzahlung angefordert. Wurde umgehend bestätigt, und seitens Felderer mit "EDV-Problemen" begründet. Ganz schwache Performance. Colors ordered and paid for, no shipping confirmation received after 10 days. Calls and emails were not responded to. Fortunately paid by Paypal, so repayment requested. Was confirmed immediately, and Felderer justified it with "IT problems". Very poor performance.
