★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Herrn Bertonzel als sehr unzuverlässig wahrgenommen, da er die vereinbarten Arbeiten mehrmals verschoben und am Ende gar nicht durchgeführt hat. Er ignorierte mehrere Aufforderungen und ich musste aus dem Bekanntenkreis erfahren, dass er sich auch bei anderen Kunden so verhalten hat. Für mich ist es sehr enttäuschend, dass ein Malermeister so agiert und sich nicht einmal an einen Auftrag gebunden fühlt. Das ist wohl das Mindeste, was man sich als Kunde erwarten kann. Ich würde Herrn Bertonzel daher auf keinen Fall mehr beauftragen.
I found Mr. Bertonzel to be very unreliable, as he postponed the agreed work several times and ended up not carrying it out at all. He ignored several requests and I had to learn from friends that he behaved in the same way with other customers. For me it is very disappointing that a master painter acts like this and does not even feel committed to an order. That's probably the least you can expect as a customer. I would therefore no longer commission Mr. Bertonzel.
