Leider ist es relativ oft der Fall, dass wir umsonst zu einem vereinbarten Termin vorfahren, das Geschäft jedoch wegen Krankheit od. dgl. geschlossen ist.
Ist ja an und für sich absolut kein Problem, niemand sucht sich das aus. Aber dann sei bitte so gut, und kontaktiere deine Termine und sag zumindest Bescheid. Für uns ist dein Studio nicht gerade um die Ecke.
Schreib dir zu jedem Termin die Mobil-Nr dazu, so erreichst du immer alle deine Termine und niemand ist sauer auf dich.

Unfortunately, it is relatively often the case that we drove up for free on an agreed date, but the business because of illness od. Like. Closed.
There is no problem in itself, no one chooses it. But then please be so good, and contact your appointments and at least let me know. For us, your studio is not just around the corner.
If you write the mobile number for each appointment, you will always reach all your appointments and nobody is mad at you.
