Hatte mir am Sonntag (2.4.18) eine große Kornelkirsche für € 289,50 ausgesucht, ein ganzes Stück daneben stand noch eine kleinere zum selben Preis. Auf die große Kornelkirsche hatte ich einen Zettel angebracht, dass die bitte nicht verkauft werden soll und ich sie sofort am nächsten Tag nach der Arbeit hole. Ich komme hin, nur noch die kleine Kornelkirsche war am Platz, wo vormals die große stand. Man teilte mir mit, die Große wäre verkauft worden. Sehr unwahrscheinlich finde ich, denn wenn die Große verkauft worden wäre, warum zieht man dann die kleine Kornelkirsche auf den Platz auf dem vorher die Große stand, sind ja nicht klein diese Container. Auf dem Zettel, es wurde mir bestätigt, dass dieser Zettel gefunden wurde, wäre auch noch meine Telefonnummer gewesen, aber niemand hat mich kontaktiert. Mich sieht diese Gärtnerei nie wieder. I am absolutely disappointed. I chose a large cornelian cherry for € 289.50 on Sunday (April 2nd, 2018), a little bit further along there was a smaller one for the same price. I had put a note on the large cornelian cherry that it should not be sold, please, and I would get it immediately the next day after work. I get there, only the small cornel cherry was left where the big one used to be. I was informed that the large one had been sold. I think it's very unlikely, because if the big one had been sold, why would you move the small cornel cherry to the place where the big one used to be, these containers are not small. On the note, it was confirmed to me that this note had been found, would also have been my phone number, but no one contacted me. This nursery never sees me again.

Schade Actually a great nursery with a large selection and certainly top quality. Unfortunately unfriendly and brisk, that's a knockout for me. Criteria. Pity

Beim Kauf von Pflanzen steht ein Anhänger kostenlos zur Verfügung, alles Top! Very nice advice, beautiful area very well organized and clear, great selection of plants. When purchasing plants, a trailer is available free of charge, everything is great!

S	Sabrina He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität der Bäume und Sträucher ist sicher 1a und die Auswahl groß. Leider trübt der nicht vorhandene Service und die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals das Gesamtbild. Die Beratung war sehr schlecht und nur mit viel Mühe konnte ich Informationen zu meinem Baum der Dame aus der Nase ziehen. Den doch sehr schweren Baum musste ich dann selbst auf einen Wagen hieven. Ich schaffte es nicht den Baum in den Kofferraum zu bringen und nachdem ich fragte ob ich Hilfe bekommen würde, wurde mir nur kurz und knapp gesagt "Nein, der Abstand kann nicht eingehalten werden". Vorschriftsgemäß trug ich eine Mundschutzmaske, allerdings keiner der Mitarbeiter (nicht einmal um den Hals um zumindest den Anschein zu erwecken). Alles in allem musste ich den Baum dort und abholen lassen, da mir keiner half. Das verstehe ich nicht unter Kundenservice und damit war dies das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich dort etwas kaufe. The quality of the trees and shrubs is surely excellent and the selection is large. Unfortunately, the lack of service and the unfriendliness of the staff cloud the overall picture. The advice was very poor and it was very difficult for me to pull information about my tree from the lady's nose. I then had to lift the very heavy tree onto a wagon myself. I couldn't get the tree into the trunk and when I asked if I could get help, I was only briefly told "No, the distance cannot be kept". I was wearing a face mask, but none of the employees (not even around the neck to at least make it appear as if I was wearing it). All in all, I had to get the tree there and pick it up because nobody helped me. I do not understand that under customer service and this was the first and last time that I buy something there.
B	Barbara Aerne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Frühling für 1500.00 Euro 4 kleine Bäume inkl. Topf gekauft. Beratung vor Ort war gut. Zuhause hatte ich Fragen zu meinem Ahorn dem es immer schlechter geht. Mehrer Fotos geschickt und auf Antwort von Maissen gewartet. Leider bis heute keine Antwort. Bis heute keine Garantie für Ersatz bekommen. Fazit: Schöne Gärtnerei aber nach Verkauf interessiert es die Besitzer nicht mehr. Bought 4 small trees including a pot in spring for 1500.00 euros. Advice on site was good. At home I had questions about my maple which is getting worse and worse. Several photos sent and waiting for an answer from Maissen. Unfortunately no answer until today. To date, no guarantee for a replacement. Conclusion: Nice nursery but after the sale the owners are no longer interested.

Auf Anfrage von mir über Hilfe und neuer Ideen Inspiration - Beratung wurde nur als Antwort gegeben, darüber (Sichtschutz Möglichkeiten auf der Terrasse) habe Sie keine Ahnung und Sie könne nicht helfen ich solle selber dort drüben schauen. Es kam einem auch vor als hätte Sie trotz im freiem zu sein inkl. Maskenschutz sowie 3m Abstand trotzdem Angst vor einem zu haben. Ein Foto am Handy zwecks Ist-Zustand anzusehen verneinte Sie und ging sogar einen Schritt von 3 auf 4 Meter Abstand. Kann mich leider einigen Meinungen von diversen Rezession nur Anschließen der Schein der schönen Gärtnerei trügt und ich habe dafür in einer anderen Gärtnerei eine Top Beratung erhalten und dort meinen Kauf erfolgreich getätigt. Very disappointing once and never again. When I asked for help and new ideas inspiration - advice was only given as an answer, you have no idea about this (privacy screen options on the terrace) and you could not help, I should look over there myself. It also felt like she was afraid of you despite being in the open, including mask protection and 3m distance. She said no and even took a step from 3 to 4 meters away from a photo on her cell phone to look at the current situation. Unfortunately, I can only connect some opinions of various recession to the appearance of beautiful nursery and I received top advice in another nursery and made my purchase there successfully.

Zum Schluss durften wir uns kostenlos ein paar Kürbisse aussuchen. Danke - wir kommen gerne wieder. ?? Very good variety of plants. Good quality and top advice. We received very good advice and the plants were loaded into the vehicle by the employee. Finally, we were allowed to choose a few pumpkins for free. Thank you - we'd love to come back. ??
