★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kunde als Störfaktor. Auf der Homepage wird großartig Verpackungs- und Versandservice beworben. Wollte nachfragen, was das kostet. Sehr unwillig meinte der Chef, dass man das nicht machen wolle. Der Gipfel war dann aber sein süffisantes "uuund Tschüß!" zum Abschied. Effizienter kann man potentielle Kunden wohl nicht verjagen. Dass mich dann auch noch ein ungepflegter Hund abschleckte, verkam fast zur Fußnote.
The customer as a disruptive factor. On the homepage great packaging and shipping service is advertised. Wanted to ask, what does it cost. Very reluctantly, the boss said that they did not want to do that. But then the summit was his smug "uu and goodbye!" on Farewell. You can not drive away potential customers more efficiently.
