★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe 3 A4 Seiten drucken lassen. Auf billigstem Papier und in schwarz-weiß hat das lächerliche 1,50€ gekostet! Auch die Abwicklung hat über eine Stunde gedauert per Mail. Da ist ja sogar die Post kompetenter, und das heißt was ? Danke, nie wieder.
I had 3 A4 pages printed. On the cheapest paper and in black and white it cost a ridiculous € 1.50! It also took over an hour to process it via email. Even the post office is more competent, and that means something ? Thank you, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehmen geöffnete Pakete von der Spedition an und verweigern eine Dokumentation des Schadens am Paket um eventuelle Beschädigungen an der Ware reklamieren zu können. Sind oben drein noch extrem unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht entgegenkommend.
Accept opened parcels from the shipping company and refuse to document the damage to the parcel in order to be able to complain about possible damage to the goods. On top of that, they are still extremely unfriendly and not at all accommodating.
