The officials lack any motivation - they apparently don't want to work otherwise they would be a little more helpful - or is it because there is mold in the whole building hmmmmm - you were treated like a human being here before, but these times are over

Es wird hier nicht gearbeitet, offensichtlich nur Pause gehalten. Alptraum diese faulen Beamten!! A Disaster Association !! For only 2 numbers (which you pull on arrival) you wait 1.30 hours. It is not worked here, obviously just paused. Nightmare these lazy officials !!

Nachdem ich nicht gerne warte, habe ich für meine Frau und mich für die Reisepass- und Personalausweis- Ausstellung via Internet einen Termin reserviert. Termin war 08:00 Uhr, Beginn der Amtsstunden ist ebenfalls 08:00 Uhr. Wir waren aber schon um 07:45 Uhr vor Ort und sind gleich drangekommen. Die Mitarbeiterin des Passservices war sehr freundlich und hat unsere Daten kompetent und rasch aufgenommen, sodass die Antragstellung innerhalb kurzer Zeit erledigt war. I can not understand the negative reviews regarding the MA62 (pass service). After I did not like to wait, I reserved an appointment for my wife and me for the passport and ID card exhibition via the Internet. The appointment was 8:00 a.m., the office hours also start at 8:00 a.m. But we were already there at 7:45 a.m. and got there straight away. The pass service employee was very friendly and took our data quickly and competently, so that the application was completed within a short time.

Ein Wahnsinn, keine Verbindung um10 Uhr früh. Dann gab mir meine Frau eine Nummer zur Magistratsabteilung 62. Sofort eine Frau abgehoben,und ich erzählte ihr von meinen Wohnbezirk Favoriten. Die nette Frau hat mir sofort ,heute um 9 Uhr einen Termin gegeben, und ich bekomme in ein paar Tagen meinen neuen Pass ! Hauptsache unsere " NEUEN" Zuwanderer werden bei uns in Favoriten mit Dolmetsch sofort ein Termin vereinbart !!!!! Möchte mich bei der netten Dame, die mir den Reisepass heute bei Magistratsabteilung 62 in der Lerchenfelder Strasse 4 bearbeitet hatte nochmals recht herzlich bedanken !!!
