★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir verwenden Magicline und die noexcuse app in unserem Fitnessstudio. Sind grundsätzlich auch sehr zufrieden. Hatte auch schon mit dem Kundenservice zu tun, da ich eine Funktion nicht selbst gefunden hatte. Mir wurde im Chat extrem schnell, persönlich und gewissenhaft geholfen. Auch Alternativen wie anzurufen und Teamviewer wurden angeboten. Bin damit wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Ein Punkt Abzug, da es ein paar Designflaws gibt, Magicline nicht immer 100%ig stabil läuft und die Usability in einigen Punkten korrigiert werden könnte. Das ist aber schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau :)
 We use Magicline and the noexcuse app in our gym. Are basically very satisfied. I also had to do with customer service as I hadn't found a function myself. I was helped extremely quickly, personally and conscientiously in the chat. Alternatives such as calling and team viewer were also offered. I'm really very satisfied with that.
One point deduction because there are a few design flaws, Magicline does not always run 100% stable and the usability could be corrected in some points. But that's criticism on a high level :)
