★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminzusagen werden sehr großzügig gehandhabt, Verspätungen von 30 Minuten und mehr sind anscheinend normal, telefonische Anfragen zu laufenden Projekten werden abgewimmelt, Rückrufe werden nur versprochen aber nicht getätigt und ein letzter Tip: kontrolliert eure Abrechnungen, die stimmen nicht immer. Immerhin ist Luft nach oben.
Appointment promises are handled very generously, delays of 30 minutes and more are apparently normal, telephone inquiries about ongoing projects are rejected, callbacks are only promised but not made and one last tip: check your bills, they are not always correct. After all, there is room for improvement.
