★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf dem Weg sehr ungenau berechnete Grunderwerbsteuer und ganz wichtig verständnisvoll den Preis der Barauslagen ausmachen. Wo man als unerfahrener nicht genau aufgeklärt wird und zuzüglich hohe Kosten anfallen. Bei andere Notaren hat man auch einen Pauschalpreis wo im Preis dann alles inbegriffen ist!
Ansonnsten nette Sekretärinnen !
