★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich riesen Probleme mit einem Verkehrsunfall hatte, ich nicht schuld war und mir weder die Versicherung noch mein Makler helfen konnte, bin ich durch eine Empfehlung zu Herrn Mag. Fasching gekommen. Der erste Kontakt zu ihm war telefonisch wo seine Sekretärin, die überaus freundlich und nett war, mein Anliegen aufgenommen hat und mir einen Rückruf versprach. Keine zwei Stunden später rief er zurück und erklärte mir schon ungefähr was jetzt weiter passiert und welche Chancen ich haben werde. Kurz darauf hatte ich auch einen persönlichen Termin bei ihm um alles für meine Verhandlung in Ruhe zu besprechen. Ich kann nur sagen, von der ersten Minute bis zum Schluß als ich das Urteil hatte (gewonnen natürlich...mit so einem Anwalt) war Hr. Mag. Fasching sehr kompetent, professionell und aber auch einfühlsam und wusste immer was zu tun ist. Ich kann nur jedem so einen tollen Anwalt empfehlen und werde mich jederzeit gerne wieder an ihn wenden.
After I had huge problems with a traffic accident, it was not my fault and neither the insurance nor my broker could help me, I came to Mr. Fasching through a recommendation. The first contact with him was by phone where his secretary, who was extremely friendly and nice, took up my request and promised me a call back. Less than two hours later he called back and explained to me roughly what was going to happen next and what chances I would have. Shortly afterwards I also had a personal appointment with him to discuss everything for my negotiation in peace. I can only say, from the first minute to the end when I had the verdict (won of course ... with such a lawyer) Mr. Mag. Fasching very competent, professional and but also empathetic and always knew what to do. I can only recommend such a great lawyer to everyone and will be happy to contact him again at any time.
